Special Interest Group 5b

We are all working hard on this equation. We started working on our own although soon realised this problem needed collaboration. 
Can you solve this??

    Room 1 and Mrs Poole are having a go at this question. I have seen a lovely student who was so close. She used 10 numbers and it did add up to 37, however her last number was number '2'.
