Group 5b- halving our recipe

We are trying to halve our ingredients, to create a smaller pancake. 

We are wondering. 
What is Half of a third? 
How many tablespoons in 1/3 of a cup?
What is half of a quarter? 
How many grams in a tablespoon of flour?
